Bradipino is a study and concept design of a carpet and stuffed toy for children ideated to stimulate the development of sensorial capabilities and at the same time evolve with the child’s growth. The senses are stimulated through the physical interaction with the toy (forms, textures, colors) and the feedback given by the embedded technology. The concept was developed within the project “Smart Living for All” initiated by the Italian company Comftech s.r.l and the brief was about integrating the smart technologies produced by the company in soft toys and accessories for children. Beyond the design concept of the carpet and the toy, the concept contains also several ideas about the product’s packaging.
