Digital Totem >>> Product-system redesign (design&engineering from user research, through concept development, to the final product) of Digital Totem for the Clinical Institute Humanitas in Milan. The Digital Totem gives a possibility to the patients to register for the visit, book a visit, pay for medical services, and print medical reports. It has a purpose to reduce queues and facilitate some operations that can be done directly by the patients.
