Stripe chair is a product of experimentation that strives to enhance craftsmanship, materials’ essence, sustainability, freedom of expression, and poetics of ‘ordinary’ objects. The idea was to develop an essential object, exploiting geometry, material properties, and aesthetic details to avoid joints and excessive use of materials.
The human hand and the collaboration with the craftsman were indispensable in the design and production process.
