This project was developed as a part of a design challenge at the University of Applied Arts in Belgrade in collaboration with the Serbian company BUCK Lighting. The challenge was to design urban lighting solutions using simple metal (steel) sheet manufacturing processes such as laser cutting, bending, and welding to obtain high-performance and low-production cost products. The lighting solutions use LED technology. The project was awarded by the company BUCK Lightning.
Here are presented two design solutions in cut and bend metal sheets.
